Andrea Claudio Galluzzo

Andrea Claudio Galluzzo (born December 7, 1969 in Florence) is an Italian writer, historian and journalist.

Graduated in Law at University of Siena and in Ancient History at New York University, writes historical and biographical books. In 1999 received the "Coni" national literary award for Il Fiorentino, a biography dedicated to marquis Luigi Ridolfi da Verrazzano, a descendant of Giovanni da Verrazzano and Lorenzo il Magnifico, nobleman from Florence. In 1996 started his epistolary friendship with Italy's most famous journalist Indro Montanelli that ended with his death in 2001. In 2005 he has founded and contributed to ItalyDay (an Italian online magazine), Antiquitas (magazine) and Spiritus Mundi (magazine) among others. In 2006 his first comic work Leviathan World was published only in an English version by Gallorosso Editrice. In 2009 was nominated director of Fiorentina's Museum. In 2010 he was elected president of the Fiorentini nel Mondo, an international association representing over five thousands Florentine citizens resident abroad. He's actually working on new biographies and romances.
